Am Sylvester Owino from Kenya aged 26 yrs old, a forth born in a family of seven siblings and wish to meet someone who can financially or by any other means help me to further my education. I have some college but want to have my first degree from a local university. Education is very expensive here and I cant manage to pay and take care of my siblings education needs too.
I would like to pursue a bachelor's degree in ICT. Even with the little college i have, i have not managed to square a job and i live on casual jobs to take care of my family. my elder siblings cant help me either.
